How to Join the IES Board
Integrity Educational Services (IES) is the non-profit educational management organization for two public charter school academies - Hope Academy of West Michigan and Lighthouse Academy. Our educational services enable the schools to maximize resources and best serve our unique student needs.
Board Responsibilities
- Establish a clear vision and goals.
- Be knowledgeable of policies and governance processes.
- Ensure allocated resources align with the vision for the school districts.
- Serve as a leader of the community and as an advocate for the students and the schools.
Qualifications
- Be a registered voter.
- Must be able to pass a background check as required by the State of Michigan.
- Not be a current employee of either school district and/or be related to a current employee in the districts.

Regular Board meetings are typically held on a quarterly basis at noon at:
