IES Values Leaders Program
Our Values Recognition Program allows peer to peer recognition for individuals across all of our locations who exemplify the IES values. Team members can share a nomination form for anyone that they catch living into our values.
During weekly school meetings, the school leaders share the nominations so that everyone can celebrate those who live into the IES values. In addition, we select an individual each month to be our IES Values Leader. This individual is recognized by IES, and their school team also receives a recognition treat to join in celebrating their success.
